Lapa Dos Travel Reserva Branco (White Wine)

Lapa Dos Travel Reserva Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the Terrace De Sicá region. The fermentation starts with a thermal shock at 10 ° C, whereby the tears are separated after approximately 48 hours. Then a cold fermentation starts at 14 ° C for 14 days. The wine ripens for 3 months in French oak barrels to develop its character. This is characterized by its white dry color. In addition, the aroma of balanced fruit that keeps the palate fresh and dry with balanced tannins.
