Jacur Vino Spumante Extra Dry (sparkling wine)

Unlike ordinary Prosecco's, which are more or less mechanically produced, Spumante is a completely different, traditionally prepared product. Its production can take place in two ways; The "Metodo Charmat" and the "Metodo Classico". With the latter, the fermentation takes place on the bottle, whereby the soft pearls of the wine are obtained naturally after a long -term and careful treatment of the grape juice. At the "Metodo Charmat "The fermentation does not happen in the bottle, but in large barrels.

Since 1975, the Bernardis have made one of the most beautiful proseccoes and spumantes. The vineyards of this house are hidden in the hills of Congliano and Valdobbiadene, where the grapes are picked by hand.
